The Fee for Professional Tenant Procurement is equal to one month's rent with a minimum of $1500. If you have a property that the monthly rate is less than $1500 than the fee will be $1500 as we need to cover our own expenses and time for procurement of your tenant.
Leases longer than 12 months: Any leases over 1 year will need to bne drafted by an attorney and a small fee will be added to the base fee for this.
